Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had reached out to Richard as the cable from the garage door had snapped. I sent photos over to Richard and he gave me a quote for it. Next day, he came and fixed it. Richard was very friendly and explained everything to us. He did the job quickly at an affordable price. Definitely recommend him! :)

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Richard made an immediate assessment of the door based on photos I sent. He then came over later in the day and fixed the garage door for an affordable price.
His work was clean and he did a professional job of fixing it. He even explained why the door had jammed and how I could prevent it from happening in the future.
He also fixed the locking mechanism for no extra charge. A job well done.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Richard was brilliant and helped me out after I had almost been conned out of £500 by another company. I was under pressure to say ‘yes’ to an immediate repair by the other company and stalled them by asking if I had time to call my partner to check finances. Google came up with Door Doctor and I rang for a random quote for what the other guy had said - Richard quoted £250/300 for what had been quoted at £500 (as a one off special offer!) and said he would be happy to take a look. I quickly got rid of the other company and Richard arrived as promised to check out the job. Clearly knows what he’s talking about and, more importantly, he was totally honest and fair and suggested I tried a specific diy approach before committing to big expense. He was right - diy approach worked perfectly and saved me being unnecessarily ripped off. That meant Richard didn’t actually get the job as it was unnecessary, but I have his number in my phone for next time. I won’t bother looking anywhere else. Thank you, Richard!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Husband found and contacted Richard to take a look at our electric garage doors that were catching. Richard came and found him to be knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly and reasonably priced too. Thoroughly nice guy who we would thoroughly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Richard has now helped repair doors at two different properties. Both times giving an honest assessment and pricing and all repaired exactly as stated within a couple of days. Very friendly and knowledgeable service - don't think there is anything he can't repair. Would recommend Richard without hesitation. Thank you Richard.
